The Choice loin primal led with a $9.46 gain, boneless brisket fell about 15¢/lb on very heavy trade, and the pork carcass cutout eased again as ribs, butts and loins slipped while bellies firmed.

Holiday / seasonal buy note
Día de los Muertos (Nov 1–2) is 12 days out, and Thanksgiving (Thu Nov 26) is about five weeks away. Pork butts slipped for the first time this week, which keeps tamale and carnitas butt coverage worth pricing now, and boneless brisket eased about 15¢/lb on very heavy trade for barbacoa and braising programs. Choice chuck roll firmed about 8¢/lb after Monday's dip, so the cheaper chuck window narrowed a little. For Thanksgiving and holiday roasts, heavy tenderloin printed about 98¢/lb above Friday on solid volume and bone-in ribeye firmed about 10¢/lb, so watch both before locking holiday rib and tenderloin roasts.
