This site is provided for business buyers to learn about our products, see current wholesale offers and contact us. When you use it, you agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
  • interfere with, damage or overload the site, or try to gain unauthorized access to it or to our systems;
  • copy, scrape or republish our prices, content or images in bulk, or use automated tools to do so, without our written permission;

Purchases from USA Meats are governed by the written quote or order confirmation, the invoice for that order, and, for credit accounts, the approved credit application and its Terms of Sale, along with any other written agreement between you and USA Meats. Those documents control your order, including pricing, quantities, delivery, payment, claims and credit terms. If anything in these website terms conflicts with them, those documents control.

Credit accounts and payment terms are subject to our review and approval of a completed credit application. We may approve, limit or decline credit at our discretion.

5. Product information and photos

We try to describe products accurately, but specifications, pack sizes, grades and other details are confirmed only in your written quote, order confirmation or invoice. Photos and images on this site are for illustration and may not show the exact product, cut, packaging or quantity you receive.

6. No warranty

We work to keep the information on this site useful and current, but the website and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or promises of any kind about the website or its content, including that it is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors, viruses or other harmful components. The USA Meats name and logo, the inner skirt flyers, and the text, images, graphics and design of this website are owned by USA Meats or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use, such as sharing a deal with your purchasing team, but you may not otherwise copy, modify or reuse them without our written permission.

This site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you send us through the site, by email, on WhatsApp or in a credit application.
